This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned 1/4

Additional District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of R.C.O.P No.11 of 2018, within a stipulated time by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proceedings in R.C.O.P No.11 of 2018 is pending from the year 2018. He further submits that the trial has not been commenced so far. Hence, a suitable direction may be issued to the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of the case at the earliest.

3. This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

4.Perusal of the records shows that the case was adjourned from 10.03.2021 to 10.08.2021 under the caption "counter". Thereafter, it was posted for enquiry till 27.06.2022 and again it was adjourned to 08.07.2022 under the caption "IA/EA Pending/CMP Pending/CRP 2/4

Pending/CMA Pending".

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, taking into consideration the fact that trial has not yet been commenced, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of RCOP No.11 of 2018, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
