ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Madurai to dispose the appeal in R.C.A.No.32 of 2024 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner is the appellant in R.C.A.No.32 of 2041 filed as against the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2018.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is pending for the past one year without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the appeal.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the appeal in RCA.No.32 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases.
