ORDER

The petitioner has come out with the present writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider his representation, dated 11.08.2016, to register the rectification deed kept pending in P.Nos.25 of 2012, dated 28.08.2012, on the file of the third respondent and forthwith release the same as per law, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.S.Balakarthick, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.08.2016.

3.Heard Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.In the light of the abovesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
