This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in 1/4
Crime No.7 of 2024, dated 07.03.2024 on the file of the second respondent police to some other impartial agency.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,07.08.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Trichy.
