O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner questioned the notice for sale under SARFEASI Act issued by the respondent herein on 21.06.2017. When the writ petition came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the demand draft for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-.

2.When the matter came up for hearing for disposal, the writ petitioner filed an affidavit set out the schedule of re-payment. It is seen that the amounts payable by writ petitioner as on 01.08.2017 is Rs.19,09,418/-. The writ petitioner offers to clear the said amount in 5 instalments. The writ petitioner obviously has to pay interest accrued in the mean time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The writ petitioner shall adhere to the schedule of payment given by him promptly. The impugned sale notice is kept in

abeyance. If he defaults, the respondent is at liberty to bring the property to sale. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
