2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14677 of 2018 on 10.09.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14677 of 2018 on 10.09.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner himself shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
