This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.1012 of 2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, on 23.08.2021.

3.Since the final report is filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate the petitioner is at liberty to seek his appropriate remedy through appropriate proceedings.
