ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner is the son of the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner admitted before this Court that he had committed the offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506 (ii) IPC and that he would take care of his father properly hereafter.

3.The second respondent, who is the father has forgiven his son. Therefore, I am of the view that the issue should be given quietus. The petitioner gives an undertaking that he will take care of his father well hereafter.

4.In view of the same, the impugned FIR is quashed, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
