ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2024 for the offence under 1/3
Section 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C, have filed this petition, seeking anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the averment in the complaint, discloses that it is a money dispute and they have not registered any case as against the petitioners. Based on the complaint C.S.R.No.264/2024 has been issued.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is not supposed to conduct any enquiry on a civil dispute. Since the respondent police has not registered any case as against the petitioners, this Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police not to harass them.
