When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the case in C.C.No.40 of 2018 was disposed of on 15.11.2022 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent as well as the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also admitted that the matter has been settled.
