ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the temple function and Orchestra from 24.05.2025 to 29.05.2025 at Arulmigu Iyyanar temple and Arulmigu Kaliyamman temple situated in Chokkalingapuram, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2025.
2.Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 26.04.2025 seeking permission to conduct the temple function and 2/4
Orchestra from 24.05.2025 to 29.05.2025 at Arulmigu Iyyanar temple and Arulmigu Kaliyamman temple situated in Chokkalingapuram, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. Since the said representation was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.04.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law by affording an opportunity to the parties concerned on or before 23.05.2025.
