This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.20297 of 2025, dated 08.12.2025.

Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition even for a single day, the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition is not sufficient to modify the condition imposed in the order, dated 08.12.2025. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow the condition. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
