directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and measure the Petitioner's property in S.No.560/1A3 to an extent of 3.06 cents situated at Kunnur Village, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District and consequently to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to provide adequate Police protection to the Petitioner's property on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 28.4.2025 within the time stipulated by this court.

O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and measure the Petitioner's property in S.No. 560/1A3 to an extent of 3.06 cents situated at Kunnur Village, Aundipatti Taluk, Theni District and consequently to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to provide adequate Police protection to the Petitioner's property on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 28.4.2025 2.It is the case of the Petitioner that she purchased the subject property under Registered sale deed, dated 15.2.2021 from 2/6

C.Kalyani and patta was also issued in her name in Patta No.3363. She submitted a representation, dated 28.4.2025 seeking survey of the property purchased by her and the same was objected to by the fifth respondent.Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider her represenation.

3.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) who takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4 submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 28.4.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and fifth respondent, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
