PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the complaint given by the petitioner which is registered in Crime No. 236 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent herein and to file a final report before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the complaint given by the petitioner which is registered in Crime No. 236 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police to the third respondent herein and to file a final report before the concerned Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.236 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No.125 of 2021 and as of no now investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent, hence the prayer sought for cannot be granted.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
