Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No.SSK/30/2021-22 dated 03.05.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the monthly salary with effect from 10.06.2013 with all the consequential benefits. O R D E R

The order of suspension, dated 03.05.2021, issued by the third respondent - Private Aided College, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Clerk on consolidated pay on 23.05.2012 in the third respondent College. Thereafter, she was appointed as Gardener in a permanent sanctioned vacancy with effect from 10.06.2013. On account of certain allegations, the petitioner was placed under suspension vide proceedings dated 03.05.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of this writ petition, the departmental disciplinary initiated against the petitioner proceedings were concluded and she was terminated from service. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. In view of the above position, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer appeal against the order of termination and workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
