[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ petition is filed for directing the respondents to disburse the death-cum-terminal benefits, pensionary benefits and arrears of pension together with interest at 12% from 26.08.2012 the date of death of petitioner's father late K.Vijayakumar. 2.The petitioner, being the legal heir of the deceased K.Vijayakumar, who was worked as Junior Assistant in the District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur, Trichy District, made a representation on 25.04.2015, 04.11.2015 and 21.07.2016 seeking disbursement of death-cum-terminal benefits and arrears of pension. As the said request is pending consideration, therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Writ petition.

3.Taking note of the pendency of the representation, we direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
