ORDER
The respondents 2 to 4 in I.A.No.290 of 2016 (final decree application) in O.S.No.147 of 2009 on the file of I Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil have filed this revision petition for expeditious disposal of the final decree application.
2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the 3rd petitioner in the revision petition has passed away on 18.06.2024 and his legal heirs are on record. A memo has been filed to the said effect. The said memo is recorded.
3. It could be seen from the records that for filing of Commissioner's report, the matter is being adjourned from time to time. The Commissioner has submitted his report on 27.03.2024. In such circumstances, the I Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil is directed to dispose off I.A.No.290 of 2016 on or before 31.10.2024. 2/4
4. With the said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
