2.Today(24.06.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submits that the petitioner has involved in eight cases and in order to ensure that the petitioner does not involve in any other offence, the respondent police is monitoring his movement. They have not harassed the petitioner.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is having eight cases to his credit and in order to ensure that the petitioner does not involve in any further offence, the respondent police is monitoring the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed.
