*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to restrain the respondents from opening a TASMAC Shop No.8092 at Periyakottaikadu, Venkarai Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that there is no proposal to locate a TASMAC Shop at Periyakottaikadu, Venkarai Village.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
