O R D E R

This Court vide order dated 28.04.2022 Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8049 of 2022 dismissed the case as infructuous by recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report was filed on 09.03.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai.

2. Though final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 09.03.2020, the petitioner, alleging that no charge sheet is filed, has approached this Court and filed this Contempt Petition by giving false information to the Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai on 09.03.2020 itself and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.110 of 2020 dated 04.07.2022.
