ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that they have completed the investigation on the file of the fourth respondent in Crime No.13 of 2020.

3. In these circumstances, the transfer of investigation would affect the entire investigation. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The third respondent is directed to monitor the investigation of the fourth respondent and ensure that the fourth respondent is complied with the direction issued by this Court.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
