The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the objection memo dated 28.03.2025 of the petitioner at the time of registration of the document in Survey No: 155/2 to an extent of 0.27.00 Ares of land and in the Survey No: 155/1 to an extent of 0.27.00 Ares of land in Ponnamaravathi East Village. 2.At the time of registration of the document, the petitioner has submitted an objection which was taken on file on 28.03.2025 and a receipt was issued. However, the respondent has not considered the same and has not passed any orders.

3.Therefore, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's objection memo dated 28.03.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
