[Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.] While granting permission for conducting cultural programme for the period between 25.05.2023 and 27.05.2023, on the respective dates, the second respondent herein had permitted the petitioner to conduct such programme till 10.00 p.m. The petitioner now seeks extension of the cultural programme till 2'o clock. We are not in agreement with such a request. The programme till 10.00 p.m. on the aforesaid dates seems to be reasonable and there is absolutely no justification on the part of the petitioner to seek for continuation of the programme after 10.00 p.m. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
