ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 8, to take appropriate action as against the ninth respondent for effecting his name change in the official Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2025

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the ninth respondent submitted that the petitioner has initiated several litigations one after another on the same issue.

3. It is seen the prayer in the writ petition is to take action for effecting name change that too the name change is effected only through Gazette publication. Any name change ought to be carried out after issuing Gazette publication only. There is no infirmity in the said procedure. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
