By consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner is the holder of mini bus bearing Registration No.TN-55-6046 plying from Manapparai to Sukkampatty. While so, the third respondent/the Commissioner, Marungapuri Panchayat Union, Trichy District, has started laying road at Andigoundanpatti to Kannimettupatti within the Panchayat Union limit. In this connection, the third respondent also addressed a letter to the second respondent stating that they are going to lay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
tar road from Andigoundanpatti to Kannimettupatti. Hence, he has requested the second respondent to deviate all the buses, plying on the route to go on alternative route. In view of the above communication dated 19.07.2017, addressed by the third respondent to the second respondent, the petitioner is unable to ply his vehicle, and as a result, passenger and students are finding it difficult to go from one place to other place. Therefore, the petitioner has given an application in the form of representation on 15.07.2017 before the first respondent. But, the said application has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.
Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that a direction may be given to the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioner within a week's time. 4.In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15.07.2017 and permit the petitioner in the aforementioned route, till the tar road is laid within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
