ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.701 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent police.
2. On a perusal of the First Information Report, it can be seen that the allegation is made as if the petitioners came to the shop, threatened the defacto complainant and also took away a sum of Rs.10,28,000/- and also damaged the CCTV camera.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that already investigation is under progress and the offence is now altered to sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC.
4. In that view of the matter, if the petitioners pleaded that it is a false case, that can be concluded only after the conclusion of the investigation and finding no grounds to interfere by way of entertaining a quash petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C., this Criminal Original 2/4
Petition stands dismissed.
