O R D E R

The petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal of a revision petition filed by him against the order dated 16.02.2021 of the Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. The petitioner states that he is the owner of a property bearing Survey No.563/3A. It is further stated that the patta in the petitioner's name was cancelled at the instance of one Mr.Thirumalaisamy by order dated 16.02.2021. A revision petition was filed by the petitioner on 25.03.2021 before the first respondent herein. The petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal of such revision petition.

3. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.13918 of 2021 respondent may be directed to dispose of the revision petition within a reasonable time frame.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent herein is directed to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, Mr.Thirumalaisamy and any other person who would be affected by such decision.

5. W.P(MD).No.13918 of 2021 is disposed of on these terms without any order as to costs.
