This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to forthwith register the FIR on the basis of direction issued by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.5636/2018, dated 12.11.2018 as well as on the basis of the CSR No.256/2018. 2.When the matter is taken for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Cr.No.434 of 2018 against the accused namely Jothi Ramalingam and Rajalakshmi for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 354, 506 (ii) of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002.
