This petition is filed to quash Crime No.73 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thillai Nagar Police Station, Trichy City, Trichy 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV and the same was taken on file in STC No.3912 of 2019. The next date of hearing is 29.09.2021 for appearance of the accused persons.
