PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023 praying to dispose of the pending application of the petitioner's supplier under Foreign Manufacturers Certification Scheme (FMCS) of BIS for obtaining BIS Certification for the product 'Polyester Stable Fiber' in a time bound manner, enabling the petitioner to continue to import 'Polyester Staple Fiber' required for their manufacturing unit.

2.Today(25.07.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
