Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7689 of 2024. dated 24.05.2024, the petitioner was directed to stay at Thanjavur and report before the respondent Police, Thanjavur Town Police Station, Thanjavur, daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition only for 12 days.
