Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 2 & 3 herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's final representation dated 01.06.2017 seeking to count the petitioner's Secondary Grade Teacher service period from 06.10.2008 to 10.12.2012 in St.Michel's private aided Middle School, Rajavoor as qualifying service for all purpose including pay fixation and as well as for future increments and consequently re-fix petitioner's pay from 17.12.2012 onwards and disburse the monetary benefits.

Heard Mr.E.V.N.Siva, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2.By consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.
3.The petitioner was originally appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in St. Michael's private aided Middle School, Rajavoor, Kanyakumari District from 06.10.2008 to 10.12.2012 and left the school on 10.12.2012 and joined as Secondary Grade Teacher in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Pulivalam, Thirumayam Block, Pudukkottai District on 17.12.2012. Therefore, he was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Panchyat Union Middle School, Pulivalam, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai Distirct on 17.12.2012, since the earlier service rendered by him from 06.10.2008 to 10.12.20012, in St.Michael's Privat aided Middle School, Rajavoor, was not taken into account. In this regard, he has given a representation on 01.06.2017, through proper channel. But, the said representation has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the pending representation made by the petitioner through proper channel, will be looked into within reasonable time.
5.Therefore, this Court directs the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
