Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to conduct the postponed tenders under tender notification in Na.Ka.No.403/2020/A6 published in the newspaper on 09.03.2020 for grant of lease to collect cattle dung and waste in Chekkanoorani Village hamlet Cattle Weekly market situated in A.Kokkulam Panchayat within the 2nd respondent herein and collection of fee from the vendors of daily market by the 3rd respondent for the year 2020-2021 from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021 along with right to collection of fee from the vendors therein, after making due publication and notice to the petitioner and allowing the petitioner herein to participate in the bid.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct the postponed tender under tender notification dated 09.03.2020 for grant of lease to collect cattle dung and waste in Chekkanoorani Village hamlet Cattle Weekly market situated in A.Kokkulam Panchayat. 1/3
2.It is the case of the petitioner that the earlier tender notification dated 09.03.2020 was cancelled by the respondent. But till date, the respondents have not called for any fresh tender for the daily and weekly market at the aforementioned village. In such circumstances, this writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus. 3.Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. On instructions, he would submit that the fresh tender will be called for within a period of two weeks from this date and the petitioner can also participate in the said tender.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions is satisfied that if the petitioner is allowed to participate in the fresh tender, which is due to be called for by the respondents within a period of two weeks.
5.Recording the submissions made by the respective counsels, this Court directs the respondents to call for a fresh tender in respect of the grant of lease to collect cattle dung and waste in Chekkanoorani Village hamlet Cattle Weekly market situated in A.Kokkulam Panchayat, within a period of two weeks from today and the petitioner shall also be permitted to participate in the said tender and the tender process shall be completed by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law.
6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
