ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner claims that his sister has been abducted and that steps are being taken to have some document executed by her and also registered. The petitioner has given his objection. The first respondent will consider the petitioner's objection before registering any document in respect of the petition mentioned property.
