This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 5 to 8 to dispose the claim petition dated 31.07.2019 in proceeding Lr.No. 16812/2014/I(1) on merit within stipulated time. 2/5

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's claim petition dated 31.07.2019 is still pending consideration, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent, who is the Chairman of the District Level Empowered Committee to take up the claim petition of the petitioner dated 31.07.2019 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
