ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This writ petition was filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to remove the encroachments made in the Temple lands belonging to the Arulmigu Rajagopala Kulasekara Alwar Temple situated in S.No.637/10 measuring to an extent of 8 cents, Mannarkovil Village, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that action has been initiated for removal of encroachment in the property in question under Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act and the same will be concluded within a short period.
3.Recording the above submission, this Court directs the official respondents to complete the proceedings initiated for removal of encroachment within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the manner known to law.
