No. 600/4A with an extent 1.18.50 Hectares of Thennilai Revenue Village Pugalur Taluk Karur District under Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules 1959 and Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act 1957 and consequently direct the official respondents 1 to 7 to ensure that the above land in SF.No. 600/4A will be kept in as is whereas condition as protect the rocks situate in the aforesaid survey number by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2024.
