ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, by considering the representation, dated 26.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to family dispute, under the influence of the defacto complainant, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner and his family. Hence, this petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police enquired the matter and closed the same. Now, there is no complaint no petition pending against the petitioner and he will not be asked to appear for enquiry, in this regard.
