Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to relieve the petitioner from the post of Civil Surgeon (Time Bound) from the Government Head Quarters Hospital, Karaikkudi, Sivagangai District and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to pass necessary orders thereby enabling the petitioner to join duty in the redesignated post as Senior Resident in Anaesthesiology in the Government Medical College, Pudukkottai as per G.O.(Ma)No.159 of Health and Family Welfare (J2) Department, dated 04.05.2017.
