ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that during the enquiry the petitioner appeared before the respondent police. After registering the case, he did not appear. He would further submit that there is no proposal to arrest the petitioner. But, he must appear before the respondent police for complete the process of investigation.
