Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to conclude the investigation and file final report in the subject First Information Report.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that within a period of one month final report will be filed.

4.Recording the said submission, the respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
