ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Vivek Bharathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate for the R1 and R2, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A.(MD)No.222 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
