Order : This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.EDIN BROUGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to deposit the money and surrender the sureties before the concerned Magistrate in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9072 of 2020, dated 01.09.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to deposit the money and surrender the sureties before the concerned Magistrate is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2500/-(Rupees Two thousand and Five hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
