O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that, as per the order passed by this Court in the main writ petition, patta has been issued to the petitioner with a condition that the mutation of revenue records is subject to the result of revision in C.R.P.SR(MD)No.67442 of 2022.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, in the order passed by the respondents, restrictions have been imposed that the petitioner should not alienate or deal with the property in any way. Such restrictions are invalid in the eye of law.

3. Now, the respondent passed an order restoring the patta in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, the direction issued to the respondents is complied with. In the contempt petition, this Court cannot go into the correctness or reasonableness of the order passed by the respondents. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents, if so advised. 11.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes jbr To
