O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner sought for compassionate appointment in pursuant to the death of his father, who was working as Junior Assistant and died in harness. On receipt of the petitioner's request, a proceedings dated 15.10.2015 was issued by the respondent asking the petitioner to furnish the document after completion of 18 years and the District Munsif, Thuraiyur was also asked to submit the particulars of the amount disbursed to the family of the petitioner. The petitioner stated to have furnished all the documents sought for on 05.08.2016. As there was no progress, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Considering the above, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 25.04.2015, on merits and as per law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
