2. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11394 of 2020 has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.660 of 2020 registered on the file of Gudalur North police station for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 427, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11395 of 2020 has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.659 of 2020 registered on the file of Gudalur North police station for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 379 of I.P.C.

4. Crime Nos.659 and 660 of 2020 are case and counter case. The parties have amicably resolved the issue between themselves. Effecting of compromise is also confirmed by the investigation officer.

5. Therefore, no purpose will be served by keeping the impugned First Information Reports alive. Both the impugned First Information Reports are quashed. These criminal original petitions stand allowed.
