ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order made in CA.No.1277 of 2014, dated 02.07.2014 on the file of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another.

2.A perusal of the final report / charge sheet filed by the investigating officer reveals that on 23.06.2024, the petitioner picked up quarrel with the traffic Sub Inspector of Police and threatened him by saying that how date the Sub Inspector of Police imposed fine for traffic violations. Thus, arrest was made due to necessity and considering the gravity of the offence on the spot. Thus, the question of issuance of Section 41A Cr.P.C., does not arise at all. Therefore, no 2/4

contempt arises in this matter. Thus, this Court do not find any reason to entertain this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
