To allow this appeal and enhance the award amount in M.C.O.P.No.15 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,(Sub Judge) Devakottai dated 24.09.2013. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.MURALI KUMAR, Advocate for R1, the court made the following order:- Heard.
2.This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 695 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.This Court by order dated 20.11.2018 condoned the said delay subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Chief Justice Relief
fund within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Subsequently, on the request made on the side of the petitioners, the time was extended till 18.12.2018, vide order dated 11.12.2018.
4.As per the said order, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund and filed a memo to that effect. The same is recorded. Consequently, the petition is allowed.
