(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachments committed by the third and fourth respondents in Survey No.122 of Radhapuli Village Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramnad District. He had already given a representation dated 03.07.2017 in this regard. 2.This Court directs the second respondent to enquire into the matter and if any encroachments are noticed, he shall take action for removal of the same in accordance with law, after complying with the due process of law and after issuing notice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

alleged encroachers. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
