ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to revise the petitioner's pay in the light of the 12(3) settlement dated 13.04.2015 and in consequence to pay the salary arrears from 01.09.2013 to till the date of his retirement i.e. 31.03.2015 and also to pay the difference in his Gratuity, Leave Salary, monthly pension with arrears and also Post Retirement Benefits Scheme amount - current payment with arrears together with 18% interest from the date his retirement to till the date of payment and all other attendant benefits to me within the stipulated period.

has made a representation dated 15.11.2016, to the respondent, seeking the abovesaid prayer. As the said representation is not yet disposed of, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.
3.Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent would dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2016 within a time frame.
4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
